Session -1            Importance and Need of Career Guidance and Counselling

                                    Individual interaction with student and Parents

Session -2            Assessment for Personality, Interests, Aptitudes and Careers and its Analysis

                             Deciding on focus areas

Session -3 to 5      Exploring available career options in the selected stream 

                              Elaborating the focus areas

Last session         Finalising the course and career path
