·         The delivery process for digital content, including access instructions and how learners can view or download the materials will as per the service providers proce Physical Product Delivery:

·         The platform also offers physical products like textbooks, workbooks, or equipment, the delivery terms will be as per the product requirements

·         Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available delivery regions or countries will be subject to each individual product.

Shipping Responsibilities:

·         Shipping costs and handling will be handled by the service providers.

·         Any additional charges related to customs duties, taxes, or import/export regulations will also be borne by the respective service providers.

            Delivery Issues and Disputes:

·         Any issues related to delivery, such as damaged or missing physical products or problems accessing digital content will be addressed by the platform.

·         Required steps will be taken by the platform to address delivery disputes and resolve them in a timely manner.

           Refunds and Returns:

·         Refund and return Policy will be as per the service provider terms.

·         Platform will only help resolve any issues related to the Refunds and Returns.

           Communication Channels for Delivery Support:

·         Information on how learners can contact customer support in case of delivery-related inquiries or problems will be listed on the platform.

·         Platform contact details such as email addresses or support ticket systems, along with expected response times will be provided on the platform.

          User Responsibilities:

·         Users/ Learner's responsibility to ensure successful delivery is to provide accurate shipping information or maintaining an active email address.

         Termination or Suspension:

·         The platform may terminate or suspend delivery and services to a user's account, incase of default in payments/subscriptions,etc.

         Modification of Delivery Terms:

·         The platform reserves the right to modify the delivery terms and agreement, along with the process for notifying users of any changes from time to time.  

  
      Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

•         The rights and obligations of the platform there under shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the Indian Laws, substantive and procedural law applicable to agreements made and to be performed entirely therein as per the terms of each service provider.
•         Courts situated in New Delhi alone will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising under this agreement to the exclusion of the Courts situated in any part of the country.
