Description

The Process of comprehensive career assessment involves:

1. Pre counseling interview--- Done with both child and parent. Details of demographic data, elective subjects, previous scores, interests, family budget and career preferences etc. taken
2. Online Psychometric Assessment (Duration: 45min-1hour)--- To be done by the candidate at his/her convenience. It's a 5-Dimensional Assessment to assess candidate's personality,  interests, career values and motivators, learning style and skills viz. numerical, verbal, logical skills etc.
3. Report generation---A 20 -24 pages report is generated highlighting the key results of the Psychometric Assessment

4. Post Counseling Career Guidance--- Done after detailed analysis of information gathered in above mentioned steps.

   A comprehensive session of around 1 -1.5 hours with candidate and his/her parents/ guardians highlighting various career options best suited for the candidate along with the career path i.e. concerned entrance exams and list of colleges, both in India as well as abroad

   Achievements:

   ·       Samvedana Counseling Centre played a pivotal role in carrying out the Mega Career Counseling Project, Paramarsh-2022, an initiative by Govt. of Rajasthan. The project touched 1.5 lakh students in Bikaner across 1000+ public and private schools.

   ·       Samvedana Counseling Centre won the award for Excellence in Career Counseling & Guidance at the 5^th Edition of The Career Hackathon, 2023, a mega career event organised by the National Career Counselors Network (NCCN).
